Email Alerts

The Kenilworth Police Department encourages residents who would be interested in receiving Crime Prevention Alerts and other special notices to register their email address with us.

The Kenilworth Police Department offers an alert program that distributes Crime Prevention information to the community via email. Crime Prevention Alerts are the newest piece to the crime prevention program and is just another example of how technology is providing the Department with new opportunities to improve service to the community. These email alerts are used when a pattern of criminal activity impacts the area or has occurred in Kenilworth.

Signing Up for Alerts

Over 650 residents have already registered their email address with the Department. This alert has proven to be a quick and efficient means of disseminating information critical to preventing other residents from being victimized. If you are interested in receiving Crime Prevention Alerts or other items of interest by email, you can sign up online, by telephone at 847-251-2141 or just mention it to the person at the front desk of the Police Department. Upon request, a paper copy of the notices will be mailed to residents without email access.

The email address you provide will be used for official communications and will not be released to any individual or entity outside the Village of Kenilworth.
