Architect Jeff Harting, on behalf of the homeowners of 150 Abingdon, is seeking the following relief for the purpose of constructing an addition:
(1) variation to increase the allowable floor area by 271.99 square feet from 4,080 square feet to 4,351.99 square feet, and
(2) variation to reduce the side yard setback by 4.06 feet from 6 feet to 1.94 feet
On Monday, March 13, 2023 at 7:00 p.m., the Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing to discuss the variance request of 150 Abingdon. For additional information on the application, please view the ZBA packet below.
