Architectural Review Commission Meeting
On Tuesday, October 28th, the Architectural Review Commission met to continue its consideration of the design of a proposed development at 515-519 Park Drive. At the conclusion of the meeting, the Architectural Review Commission forwarded a recommendation to the Plan Commission and Village Board to deny the design as currently presented.
Building Review Commission Meeting
On Wednesday, October 29th, the BRC was scheduled to review the architectural and historical significance of 515 Park Drive and hear the applicant's request to reduce the stay period. The meeting was rescheduled to a future date at the applicant's request. Additional details on a future meeting will be shared once a date is determined.
Next Steps
With the conclusion of the preliminary review of the Architectural Review Commission, the application will next be heard by the Plan Commission, where the development's use and zoning needs will be discussed. This meeting is tentatively scheduled for Monday, December 1st, at 7:00 p.m. Additional details will be shared once the meeting date has been confirmed.
