As part of the FY2026 budget, the Village Board identified the upgrade of the Village's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system , BS&A, as a goal towards the continued modernization of our IT infrastructure. BS&A is used for a majority of the Village's internal processes. If you pay your water bill online or have applied for a building permit online, you've probably interacted with the system without even realizing it.
The upgrade primarily affects internal users and should have minimal impact on those who interact with the system online. However, during the final steps of the upgrade, the system will be taken offline for a brief period of downtime.
Downtime Window: Thursday, April 2nd (9:00 a.m.) – Monday, April 6th (9:00 a.m.)
What stays OPEN:
- Online water bill payments
- In-person cash & check payments at Village Hall
What will be CLOSED:
- Online permit applications & payments
- In-person credit card transactions
If you have any Village-related items on your to-do list, we recommend either completing them by Wednesday, April 1st, before the scheduled downtime begins, or waiting until Monday, when our system will be back up and running.
